EDI Training Aid #1 - FROI Key Event Matrix

The FROI Key Event Matrix was designed to give Virginia’s Trading Partners a tool to quickly identify common events that occur during the life of a claim, what FROI transaction to submit if that event were to occur, the time frames for filing those FROIs and what possible subsequent transactions are acceptable. This document also provides the definition for a Major Injury (non-minor) and a Minor Injury.
