WebFile allows Claim Administrators to view all claims to which they are a party, upload documents to the claim, and complete online versions of the 30-Day Order, 20-Day Order-Payments Made and the Employer’s Application for Hearing.
The Claim Administrator organization must be an approved trading partner with the Commission before WebFile access can be granted. Please see the Electronic Data Interchange - Quality Assurance page for more information regarding becoming a trading partner with the Commission.
Claim Administrators must request WebFile access through their organization's WebFile Site Administrator. To register a Claim Administrator's WebFile Site Administrator with the Commission, an email must be sent to WebFile Support listing the name of the organization, the name and email address of the designated Site Administrator, and all FEINs used by the organization to file claims.
