Video Hearings

On April 6, 2020, the Commission issued an order to conduct evidentiary hearings via video conference. Video hearings allow injured workers, attorneys/representatives, witnesses and other participants to attend hearings online until such time as in-person hearings can resume. See below for more details:

Pre-filing of exhibits and medical records designations can be sent via U.S. Mail, fax, or uploaded via WebFile to a claim prior to a hearing using the Upload Documents/Forms feature. Details and instructions can be found in the WebFile Guide on the WebFile page for each corresponding user role.

Any member of the public who wishes to attend a particular hearing should contact the Commission for further instructions.
