2024 Top Workplace Award
[Richmond, VA]- The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission is proud to announce its recognition as a 2024 Top Workplace in the Richmond region, as published by the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
This is the fourth consecutive year in which the Commission has been recognized with the Top Workplaces honor. The Top Workplaces acknowledgement is developed by the Richmond Times-Dispatch, who uses a third party research firm Energage, to survey workers on numerous issues, from workplace life and work-life balance to training opportunities and benefits. The Commission was awarded in the mid-sized category (125-399 employees).
"Being recognized for the fourth year in a row as a Top Workplace is an accolade we have strived to achieve. We work hard to pursue our mission for the citizens of Virginia. Our dedicated team understands, and values, how their work significantly affects Virginia crime victims, employers, workers, and families across the State. We are committed to the idea that a healthy work environment produces successful work outcomes," said Chairman Robert A. Rapaport.
