Updated Workers' Compensation Workplace Notice Available in Spanish

The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission's recently refreshed the English version of the Workers' Compensation Workplace Notice and the Spanish version of the Workers' Compensation Workplace Notice.

While the required information remains the same, the notice has been updated for improved readability to help employees better understand their rights and responsibilities following a workplace injury or occupational disease.

Employers should ensure that the current version of the notice is posted in a conspicuous location at each worksite as required by law.
