USPS processing delays affecting VWC mail

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission is actively monitoring USPS processing delays at distribution centers across Virginia.

As a result, the delivery and receipt of Commission Orders and other correspondence may take longer than usual. Customers who prefer to hand-deliver correspondence may do so at VWC offices, Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

To avoid delays, customers are strongly encouraged to use our online portals — Commission WebFile and VVF WebFile — to view and submit claim-related documents electronically.
