2024 Rates | Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission

Effective January 1, 2024 the mileage reimbursement rate will be $.67 per mile.
Effective July 1, 2024 the maximum compensation rate will be $1410.00.
Effective July 1, 2024 the minimum compensation rate will be $352.50.
Effective October 1, 2024 the cost of living (COLA) rate will be 3.35%.
