The FROI 01 Cancel transaction is often thought that it can cancel the last submitted EDI transaction. That is not the case, it cancels the claim in its entirety. This training aid covers when a FROI 01 should be filed and scenarios in which a FROI 01 is believed it should be filed but another action may be required instead.
