2023 Top Workplace Award
The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission is proud to announce its recognition as a 2023 Top Workplace in Virginia and in the USA.
Additionally, for the first time, the Commission was ranked first out of 28 companies awarded in the mid-sized category (125-399 employees) during the recent Top Workplace event, as sponsored by the Richmond Times Dispatch. Along with this great achievement, the Commission also earned the Doers Award for the second year in a row.
This is the third consecutive year the Commission has been recognized with the Top Workplace accolade and the second year being awarded the Top Workplace in the USA honor.

"Along with the top workplace recognitions, to be recognized as the top mid-size company and again receive the Doers Award, is a huge achievement for the Commission and nod to the commitment of our vision to lead the nation as the most effective and innovative state agency."
