WebFile Special Notice

The Commission has identified and resolved the issue preventing many users from accessing WebFile.

The issue was caused by recent changes in the Commission's WebFile security system, which couldn’t handle login attempts when users' device clocks weren’t synchronized with the correct time. The application was updated overnight, with results thus far indicating the login issues are resolved for most users.

If you are still having issues with accessing WebFile, please do the following:

  1. Compare the clock on the PC/device you are attempting to access WebFile with to another device with a reliable time, such as a mobile phone. If the clock is off, please adjust it manually or work with your IT team to make the necessary adjustments and try to access WebFile again.
  2. If the clock is showing the correct time and you are having other issues, please email WebFile Support.
